What rhymes with “No, no you didn’t”?
Today an account exec — an assistant account exec, at that — jumbled an entire conflagration of job details on me over the phone as he was, I can only assume, extremely busy on the other line of his Blackberry. When the only thing that could come out of my vegetable brain was “wha…huh” his response was: “We never really gave you any direction on this, did we? Wait, maybe we did. No, we didn’t.”
